City point is a commercial development that was constructed to create cost effective office space for local businesses.

Pinnacle was brought in at the development stage to provide landscape consultancy and design for the external space and car parking area.

The scheme for the scheme needed to be tough enough to withstand the many challenges of its city centre location, whilst still soft enough to provide year-round amenity value to the local landscape.

The landscape scheme fulfilled the client’s objectives and provided a cost effective, high quality and highly functional landscape design.
