Concept Design and Visualisations
Our services include concept design, 3D Computer Generated Images (CGI) and visualisations, providing detailed visual representations of plans in order to give a sense of scale to design plans from the initial design concept onwards.
Available at every stage of a project, CGI images and visualisations can be beneficial for presenting projects for consultation with key stakeholder groups and to bring projects to life.
Landscape and Visual Assessments
We offer landscape character assessments to help guide the design process, thereby reducing the risk of abortive design time. We also carry out comprehensive landscape visual impact assessments to appraise the changes that a potential development will effect on the landscape; this service is often a critical aspect during the planning stages of a project.
Assessing the impact of proposed development on specific landscapes allows any potentially negative effects to be avoided or mitigated. Incorporating these services into the earliest stage of a design, particularly on large scale or sensitive projects, will ultimately save time and money.
Planting Plans, Specifications & Maintenance Plans
Our planting plans can be prepared as part of larger landscape projects, or as a stand-alone service. Drawing on the expertise of our staff, our plans ensure a landscape design that is unique to a site, and more importantly, sustainable.
