We regularly undertake all aspects of landscape architecture, from landscape master-planning and concept design through to detailed planting plans for the discharge planning conditions and contractor procurement. We provide a contract and project management service, including site supervision and project co-ordination for the construction stage.
With our Landscape Consultants working closely with our other in house consultancy services, including Arboriculturists and Ecologists, we offer an integrated package of landscape design and management. This in turn enables us to provide a more efficient service to save our clients time and money.
We take an innovative approach to landscape and environment in our design work and embrace sustainable methods. As well as adhering to standard environmental controls in place - such as energy saving initiatives and flood alleviation schemes- we consciously work towards using locally sourced materials wherever feasible.
We are regularly involved in BREAAM and Code for Sustainable Homes schemes and have a thorough understanding of their requirements.
Residential Projects
We adopt a fresh approach to the design of each project where a high degree of design flair and innovation comes as standard.
Previous work has ranged from large-scale urban housing and regeneration developments of 100+ units, to individual dwelling houses for one-off developments.
We have a breadth of experience in providing landscape design for apartment blocks, town houses, terraced, semi-detached & detached dwellings, bungalows, assisted living accommodation, care homes, holiday homes, pre-fabricated dwellings, building extensions, conservatories, and multiple combinations of those listed.
An example of our residential work involves a case of a client who had invested in a plot of land that was subject to numerous planning constraints.
The first step we took was to conduct our own tree, ecology & landscape surveys to get an up-to-date picture of the existing constraints as well as the opportunities that the site presented.
Through a process of consultation with the design and Local Planning Authority teams, backed up by our own experience of the planning process in relation to landscape issues, we were able to minimise the planning duration and achieve a positive solution with a layout that was not only acceptable to the Local Planning Authority but exceeded the expectations of the client.
We endeavour to overcome challenges through a positive approach to design and relish the opportunity to produce a unique landscape design that is practical, achievable and sustainable.
Commercial & Industrial Projects
Pinnacle Environment Ltd has a substantial amount of experience in providing bespoke landscape design & arboricultural services, combined with ecological consultancy for a variety of commercial schemes.Previous work has included commercial and industrial sites that need a balance between form and function, as well as large scale housing and mixed use sites requiring a comprehensive approach to the landscape design.
Working collaboratively with Developers, Planners and Architects, our designers aim to create unique and sustainable landscapes that complement the development.
Our client list includes Local Authorities, Schools and Universities, Residential Care Providers, Energy Suppliers, NHS Service Providers, Independent Developers, National Housebuilders, Agricultural Industries, Religious Institutions, Wind Turbine Suppliers, Retailers and Community Projects.
