From Law Courts to Luxury Living

Our deep-rooted involvement in this project dates back to its previous life as a law college. Our initial risk management surveys laid the groundwork for our subsequent role in transforming the site into a thriving residential community for Castle Green Homes. Recognising the invaluable contribution of mature trees to high-quality developments, Castle Green Homes sought our expertise in arboricultural stewardship.

Our landscape architecture and arboricultural teams collaborated to create a comprehensive plan that seamlessly integrated existing trees into the development's design.

The site, a former University of Law campus located within the North Cheshire Green Belt and the Christleton Conservation Area, presented unique challenges. Our team carefully considered these constraints, developing a detailed Landscape Ecological Management Plan (LEMP), landscape layout, and planting plan.

This meticulous approach ensured that the development not only met the highest standards but also complemented the surrounding environment.By balancing preservation and enhancement, Ascerta played a pivotal role in creating a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing community.
